Response within 2 days from webpage request. Spoke with Dennis and scheduled work. They where about 1 month out. In less than a month Paul arrived. Prior to starting work, he took the time to explain what he planned to do and prior to leaving he walked the property lines and pointed out each property corner. Very happy with the whole experience.

Wanted to insure that the lot line was correct as it could have shifted over 150 years. Well it did! Through the survey on one side the believed lot line was off by 5 feet! Yea! Now these guys are seasoned. They view the search for corner point of a lot a treasure hunt. They not only use the latest equipment but their experience. They end up using the corner pins and stone from adjacent properties to find our corner points. They arrived at 8 am and where here working until almost 6 pm. The report and plan diagrams, done by a drafts person will be with us soon. We're very pleased.

My husband and I are very happy with their services. We needed an instrument survey performed as we are considering building a fence on our property. They are very responsive and work was performed quickly. They researched the property, staked it and provided us a plan of the existing conditions. The team did a survey of my property. They set boundary markers along the property. They prepared a certified plot plan of the property. The work went very well. I wasn't sure about the price I was quoted until they performed the survey. I had no idea how much was involved in surveying a property. I believe they were on-site for more than four hours! I received my plans in the mail within a week of the survey being completed. I would use O'Brien Land Surveying again if I have the need. I was satisfied with the service provided. The company was easy to work with. They were very responsive to my messages.

Provided an overview of what they were going to do, staked our entire odd lot, and then walked the property line with me to explain the excentricities of the lot. Excellent service for the price. I needed a plot plan for permit to install a pool. Dennis provided an estimate for the job and anticipated completing the project in approximately three weeks. He complete the project on time and for less than the original quote. I was happy with the work.

Full instrumental survey done. Very professional. On time. Confirmed that longstanding surveyor's pipe where 2-3 properties meet was off a bit as we initially found out from the surveyor of the building project next door. The two-man crew also (as requested) put markers for the driveway easement so that the pavers could properly identify the edges. Great job. No issues.
