  • If I get a land survey done now and plan major home renovations later, will I need another survey?

According to the Community Environmental Center, property owners are generally advised to schedule land surveying at least once every 10 years to ensure all property details remain accurate and up to date. With that in mind, a new survey is not always necessary after renovations. If your last land survey was completed within the past couple of years, we can often update the existing survey instead of performing an entirely new survey, which helps reduce cost.
  • Do you provide both residential and commercial surveys?

Absolutely! As a reliable residential and commercial land surveyor, we’re fully equipped to handle surveying needs for both homes and businesses. Contact us today to discuss your project and get started with a professional surveying service you can count on.
